Artwork Statement

Siau Ek Jin, 30 years old, is an artist-in-training (ceramics) and an active Special Olympics athlete who has won a medal in a swimming event in  World Summer Games 2019. He has been selected as an ambassador for YMCA Inclusive Challenge since 2021,  with which he trains hard to reach new heights, raises funds to help special needs youths in learning programs, and raises public awareness for persons with disabilities.        

Knead clay into a block, cut into strips, scratch and stick together into a box shape.
